I was visiting my mom one day and noticed that she was using this little candle holder as a door stop.  Being a mom, she made me take it once I expressed interest in looking at it.

It is a neat little thing.  No idea who made it.  I’ve seen it attributed, on ebay, to Fenton and L.E. Smith, but have no proof to indicate provenance.

It originally would have had a metal handle on it.  This would have given a cauldron look.  Apparently it comes in a number of non-milkglass colours including blue and amber.
